ACCEPTANCE

By using ARCYPH, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. ARCYPH is a decentralized interface — we provide the frontend, the blockchain executes the logic.

WHAT ARCYPH IS

ARCYPH is a non-custodial interface for interacting with tokens and NFTs on the Octra blockchain. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds. All transactions are signed client-side via the 0xio wallet extension and executed by smart contracts deployed on-chain.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• • You are solely responsible for your wallet security and private keys
• • You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible
• • You accept the risks of interacting with smart contracts (bugs, exploits, loss of funds)
• • You will not use this platform for illegal activity in your jurisdiction
• • You confirm you are not a sanctioned individual or entity
• • You are responsible for securing your 0xio wallet extension and seed phrase

TOKEN TRADING RISKS

Tokens listed on ARCYPH are created permissionlessly by anyone on the Octra network. We do not endorse, audit, or guarantee any token. Prices are determined by AMM liquidity pools — not by us. You may lose your entire investment. Do your own research.

THIRD-PARTY WALLET

ARCYPH integrates with 0xio (0xio.xyz) for wallet connectivity. 0xio is an independent third-party service. We are not responsible for the security, availability, or functionality of the 0xio extension. Any issues with key management, signing, or wallet recovery are between you and 0xio.

NO WARRANTY

ARCYPH is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of displayed data, or freedom from bugs. The interface may be unavailable, incorrect, or discontinued at any time without notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall ARCYPH, its developers, or operators be liable for any loss of funds, profits, data, or any indirect/consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, interaction with on-chain smart contracts, or reliance on the 0xio wallet service.

PROHIBITED USE

• • Automated access, scraping, or abuse of API endpoints
• • Circumventing rate limits or security measures
• • Deploying bots to manipulate token prices or drain liquidity
• • Any activity that degrades service for other users

Violations may result in IP-level blocking without notice.

MODIFICATIONS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ARCYPH after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
